personalised heart, disc necklace

Pretty little necklace is personalised with the name of your choice, and comes with a silver plate necklace with a stainless steel disc measuring 12mm.  Each disc is handprinted using sublimation technique where the print is embedded in a polymer coating for durability.  Each necklace comes gift wrapped in tissue paper and placed in a pillow box.
